At Manuel Teixeira Gomes School Group, we believe that technology should be a valuable ally in teaching and learning. Our IT support is here to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible in the school’s digital environment.

If you encounter any issues with the group’s technological resources, we’re here to help.

Digital School

Digital Kit return/technical support

To return the digital kit and/or request technical support, you must schedule an appointment by emailing escoladigital@aemtg.pt.

Within the following hours:

Monday:
3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Tuesday:
4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Thursday:
9:05 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

To make an appointment, please indicate the student’s tax ID number, class, and year and provide a brief description of the problem.
Please indicate more than one date and time so that you can come to the school.

Appointments will be confirmed by email.

In cases of return of the Digital Kit, the complete digital kit must be included:

  • Backpack;
  • Laptop computer;
  • Charger;
  • Router + cable + SIM card;
  • Headset with microphone;
