Opening Hours for

Digital Kit return/technical support

NEW PROCEDURES

To return the digital kit and/or request technical support, you must schedule an appointment by emailing escoladigital@aemtg.pt.

For any issues related to the Digital Kits, a support team will be available at
Manuel Teixeira Gomes Secondary School, Block B – Library, at the following times:

Monday:
3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Tuesday:
4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Thursday:
9:05 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

When returning the product, you must include the complete digital kit:

  • Backpack;
  • Laptop computer;
  • Charger;
  • Router + cable + SIM card;
  • Headset with microphone;
